Even on Christmas Eve there is still a "Helpful smile in every aisle". Day before Christmas and need a couple cards and some veggie dip. This store is a small Hy-Vee store in a small town, but it has a little of everything. There were a dozen or so people having a late breakfast. So the deli must be ok. I asked about the things a I needed and was escorted to appropriate section of the store. In and out in 10 minutes or less. Lots of smile for 20 people working the holiday. Jeff

Logan ave. HV has product on the shelves as old as a month past out date. Watch your purchases closely. They are not very friendly if you point it out to them.
Hy-Vee I have ever encountered in my life. You will find the most utmost friendly service and the best managers in the world. When they say a helpful smile in every aisle, well it 100% truly shows it at this HyVee. Dustin, Mike, and Phil are awesome managers. Thanks you guys for a wonderful job! Keep it up!

A great , clean place , but have found that if I need something to ask for PAT OR MIKE. The kids that work there I don't feel put their heart into customer service.
